In my role as Atmospheric’s director of operations and founding partner, I made sure that our team had everything it needed to succeed, and oversaw the studio’s short-, medium-, and long-term strategy.

In my leadership role, I was critical to Atmospheric’s daily runnings, long-term vision, and direction. Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, I balanced the budgets and ensured that we were always creating work that met the market need—while also showing the market what it didn’t yet know it needed.
